Do You Remember This:

Well, my daughter sent  some pictures of the  finished afghan that I made for her. I crocheted this afghan and gave it to them as a wedding gift  three years ago. Hope you enjoy! I almost forgot what the afghan looked like.

  2. Beautiful afghan! I recognize that pattern book. I have made the one afghan from it...I think it was tierdrop or something like that. Not sure of the exact name, but I know the pattern is from that book. Your beautiful afghan makes me want to make one using my leftover yarns! :)

    1. Thank you, Barbara. I've see one done using shades of blue and white; it looked just like snow flakes. I would like to do one with those colors. Kathy

  4. Your afghan is very pretty, I have that pattern and have thought about making one with some of my smaller scraps. Thank you for sharing yours. (I found you on Did You Make That). Take care, Heather

  5. Thank you, Heather!
My mom crocheted this pattern years ago. I asked her to send the pattern to me and that is how I ended up with it. It's an old and beautiful crochet pattern. So, I decided to make one as a wedding gift for one of my daughters. Kathy

  6. It's so pretty! I have that old pattern book too. I made the one with strips of solid colored squares and gave it to my youngest son.
